1. No Cancellation Policy

Once you have completed the payment and enrolled in a course at Effilearn, your enrolment is considered final. We do not offer any cancellation of courses under any circumstances. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that your decision to enrol is binding.

2. Registration Fee (₹500)

The initial registration fee of ₹500 paid during enrolment is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. This fee is used to reserve your seat in the batch. If you choose not to proceed with the course after paying the registration fee, the ₹500 will not be returned, nor can it be transferred or adjusted against any other batch, course, or service offered by Effilearn.

3. Cancellation Under EMI (Installment) Plan

If you have opted for the EMI (installment) plan, the same cancellation policy applies. No cancellation is available at any stage of the installment plan. The EMI structure is as follows:

• Step 1: ₹500 — Pre-registration fee (paid at enrolment)
• Step 2: ₹1,500 — Paid before lectures begin (unlocks course access)
• Step 3: ₹1,000 × 6 weeks — Weekly installments during the course
• Total: ₹8,000

Once you have started paying under the EMI plan, you cannot cancel or discontinue and expect a reversal of any amount already paid. If you fail to pay a weekly installment, your access to the course dashboard, study materials, and batch sessions will be suspended until the due amount is cleared.

4. Non-Transferable Enrolment

Your enrolment and any payments made are non-transferable. You cannot transfer your seat, registration fee, or any paid amount to another person, batch, or course.
