Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any payment towards our courses.

Key points of our Refund Policy

  • All payments are final and non-refundable.
  • The registration fee of ₹500 is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • No refunds for EMI (installment) payments.
  • Failure to pay EMI on time will result in loss of access — no refund for previously paid installments.

1. No Refund Policy

Effilearn follows a strict no-refund policy. Once you have registered for a course and completed the payment (in full or in part), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By making a payment, you acknowledge that your investment in the course is final and non-reversible.

2. Registration Fee (₹500)

The initial registration fee of ₹500 is non-refundable. This fee is charged to reserve your seat in the upcoming batch. Whether or not you choose to continue with the course, the registration fee will not be refunded.

3. Full Payment Enrolment

If you pay the full course fee at the time of enrolment, no portion of the fee is refundable, regardless of whether you attend the classes, complete the course, or choose to discontinue midway.

4. EMI (Installment) Plan — Refund Terms

If you have opted for the EMI plan, the following terms apply regarding refunds:

  • Step 1: ₹500 — Pre-registration fee (paid at enrolment) — non-refundable.
  • Step 2: ₹1,500 — Paid before lectures begin — non-refundable once paid.
  • Step 3: ₹1,000 × 6 weeks — Weekly installments — non-refundable once paid.
  • Total EMI amount: ₹8,000

Important — Missed EMI Payments:

  • If you fail to pay any weekly installment on time, your access to the course dashboard, study materials, and live batch sessions will be immediately suspended.
  • You will not be allowed to attend the batch until the outstanding installment is cleared.
  • No refunds will be provided for any previously paid installments (including the ₹500 registration fee and the ₹1,500 pre-lecture payment).
  • The first ₹2,000 (₹500 + ₹1,500) is strictly non-refundable regardless of whether you continue with the course.
